    BSOD x64 exiting sleep mode

Hello, I have seen this thread on this forums a couple times, however I know all problems can be different. As the tittle says, I usually get a BSOD after sleep mode. The problem has been occurring ever since I went from VGA to DVI-HDMI. As well as getting my H50 Crosair water cooler. I am almost positive it isn't the CPU cooler because I have constantly monitored tempature w/ Realtemp as well as ran a full Prime95 flawlessly. I had to set a custom resolution w/ Nvidia because the one recommend has my start bar and desktop icons off the edge of my TV. Here is the minidump files as well as some potentially useful information regarding spec below.

    GTX 260 latest drivers
    Q66 Core 2 Quad 2.48GHz
    Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

EDIT: CCleaner removed the minidump files... However I took a picture on my phone of the STOP: it reads STOP:0x000000F7. I am huge noob to BSOD messages to please tell me if you need anymore information I need to obtain.

Based upon your memory dump. The problem seems to be memory, program and driver related.
Try a memory test. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.

You will want to replace the following driver as there are more current versions available.
    ASACPI ASACPI.sys Sun Mar 27 22:30:36 2005 (42476C4C)
    fffff880`05f8e000 fffff880`05f94000 RTCore64 RTCore64.sys Wed May 25 02:39:12 2005 (42941D90)

    fffff880`01149000 fffff880`01154000 amdxata amdxata.sys Tue May 19 13:56:59 2009 (4A12F2EB)
    fffff880`0107d000 fffff880`010a8000 nvstor nvstor.sys Wed May 20 02:45:37 2009 (4A13A711)

In addition your second dump indicates that you may be using zone alarm. If this is the case you should try to uninstall and replace, to see if your system still causes the BSOD.

Since virus can hide and appear in drivers etc. Run a good antivirus scan
To correct any corruption. On an elevated cmd prompt (type cmd in search and then right click and run as administrator when it appear at the top of search. In cmd type sfc /scannow.

    DRIVER_CORRUPTED_EXPOOL (c5)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is
caused by drivers that have corrupted the system pool. Run the driver
verifier against any new (or suspect) drivers, and if that doesn't turn up
the culprit, then use gflags to enable special pool.
    Arguments:
    Arg1: fffffa8007ecc118, memory referenced
    Arg2: 0000000000000002, IRQL
    Arg3: 0000000000000001, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation

I am not surprised, the report made reference to certain drivers that are used by Zone Alarm, but also used by others.

In additon there is a problem related to netio.sys

This is usually related to a network problem..

mmm well I did remove a network driver a while back from nvidia, but only because I heard it wasn't needed. The reason I removed it was because it crashed Firefox and Chrome CONSTANTLY. Ever since I removed it no crash since. but mmm.

EDIT: and the only scan type of software I use is Ccleaner. That and defrag from Windows every couple of weeks.

EDIT2: recently in the past 3 weeks I have upgraded my Asus Motherboard from P5N-D to P5N-T, Graphics card from a 9800GT to a GTX 260, and the other updates were stated above. (CPU cooler and Cable.)

I have given you several potentially problem areas. Anyone that you know that does not apply, just move to the next one. After everything is done and you get another BSOD, just post the dump report. Sometimes it takes several attepts to prevent the BSOD again. The reports are suggestions they are not infallible, they are the most likely at the time of that crash.Dont you scan with and Anti Virus?

Occasionally I download an Anti-Virus, but not frequently I strictly use my Computer time to Gaming, and haven't ever felt the need to use one. I don't usually go torrenting/Downloading stuff off the web.

The report indicates that it might be memory, the drivers or a virus. Take care of that and if it happens again, just send the new dumps. Many times the dumps come up different depending on what you are doing when the BSOD occurs.
