Hi, from your post Ive been doing a few things here and there and still not working erm.. I have JUST tried this |MG| Video Memory Stress Test 1.7.116 Download
From one of the posts the link to the site is here |MG| Video Memory Stress Test 1.7.116 Download and when i started that it said your resolution is 1440x900 and cant do it can we change it to 640x468 or what ever to do it and change to orginal size afterwards i clicked ok the test started and after a short while it crashes and does a BSOD.. what does this mean?
hi again, ive just formatted my c drive and reinstalled windows 7 on it and havent installed drivers yet either but its still doing the same thing with world of warcraft crashing after so many minutes, and my graphics card must be getting the cooling required its running at 28-30 degrees i dont understand why this is happening.
edit: also my card is a Sapphire ati radeon HD 4850.. I bought it with a bigger fan and cooling metal than normal as it was from sapphire
Heres your clue Only with that game, the game has the problem. With other games and programs, its your hardware. IT can be your 2gb of memory, probably not enough

hmm i guess, my 2gb of memory doesnt max out when playing the game though but i guess ill just go back to XP windows 7 has caused me nothing but bother..
also i do get the display driver stopped working and has successfully recovered whilst just browsing the web. i have no clue what to do :) thanks though.
