secdrv.SYS, irsir.sys, can be updated via WINDOW UPDATE
Rtnicxp.sys which is your Realtek 10/100/1000 NDIS 5.1 Driver
    http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=7&PFid=10&Level=3&Conn=2
amdxata.sys which is your Advanced Micro Devices belonging to product Storage Filter Driver, u can go to manufacturer website to download and install fresh copy of it
For un-installing, u can go star-->control panel--> Program and features to see if they are there and un-install
    Good luck
    :)

ATI Radeon Kernel mode driver. Get it at the website.

You can find it at the website. I think the best approach is to make all the suggeted changes that you can. If the computer works, you are done. If you have the problem again, just repost with the new dmp report.

I think that the question about the drivers was answered by ttran. Do what you can, then see if it works. T

Above is the link enable you to update the driver for realtek driver, and I believe that u can un-install them from "program and features in control panel", if not, re-install the newer driver always good, I guess they don't make much different.
Other drivers that richc mentioned can be update via WINDOW UPDATE
Sorry if I make u more confused

I installed the driver for realtek as you said and after the install it pops up with, "The realtek network controller is not found, if indeep sleep mode is enabled , please plug the cable".. so i clicked OK and restarted anyway and played World of warcraft it worked for a few minutes then crashed again and had to hard reset after doing everything you guys have said. great help though guys I really appreciate it I guess we just havent found the problem yet.
