    System_service_exception

Hi there. I am intermittently getting a BSOD when watching movies, video's, etc. It is not always a SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION however. I can't remember what the others have been though. I had them written down but I can't find it. My PC screen has also been freezing up quite frequently lately, especially if my PC is multi-tasking and I have to manually push the off button until it turns off. It also will sometimes make a really loud nasty noise when it does freeze. I have attached the dump file.

you have drivers that are in need for updating, please update these old drivers that I think they caused bsods on your computer:

I went to the links that you gave me and could not find even one of these drivers. Could you help me further? I found a ton of drivers on Gateway's website but I need the version to make sure it's the right conexant drivers. I haven't even tried to find the others on there yet. I've spent over an hour now trying to find these...please help!!!!

I also went into my device manager and right clicked on everything and clicked on update driver software. It found updated drivers for my NVIDIA display adapter, Virtual Box, WAN Miniport (IKEv2) and (SSTP). It also found drivers for other WAN devices but it could not find the files. I'm assuming that is because they were for my virtual machines that were not turned on? It would not let me update the drivers for the non pnp, of which there were quite a few, including the Adobe driver you told me about.

To make it easy on yourself, do all the drivers that you can. If you have a problem with one or two; lets say adobe. Make a system restore point, uninstall the old Adobe Program, then install the new. You will have everything up to date. When you are done, lets say there are several drivers that you are having a problem with. Try your computer, it may work. Not all the drivers are bad. Listed drivers are the most likely to be the problem

I recommend u to not update drivers via automatically update of device manager. U should un-install them from device manager and install new driver using the new version that u download from the webste, for example: sounds card driver, which I believe use those conexant drvers ect ..I believe if u go to Saitek website, u could download for some driver that I listed above, I'm sorry if the links above didn't guide u to the correct site, but u always can go to main webstie of saitek, which is www.saitek.com/ then choose your computer model...then u can download right version for drivers listed above.
I'm sorry if this make u more confused
Give it a try and tell us how it goes
    Wish u all the best:)

It doesn't ask for my pc model anywhere and when I go to the driver downloads it asks me for the product and all they list are joysticks, mice, keyboards, webcams, and a few other things. I just had another BSOD with BAD_POOL_HEADER. I'm attaching the dump from that one.
