My computer crashes on a weekly basis - Help

Hi my computer keeps crashing and I don't know why.

At first I thought because I had my cpu over clocked that it all of sudden was crashing. So I set my cpu back to regular speed. This did not help. When I did my CPU changes I did a torture test for 30mins and it never crashed. A couple months later when I was having this problem I did it again and it never crashed so I am not sure if it is the CPU. I might test it again but I want other ideas of what to test.

I then thought it was because 2 sticks of my memory where from a computer that suffered from a power surge. However I just ran the windows memory diagnostic tool( extended) and after like 6 hours of testing my memory it found no errors.

So now the only thing that is left is windows 7 64bit. I first over clocked my cpu for a couple months while running XP. Never had a problem. I installed the memory and windows 7 at the same time.

But I not sure if it is my memory now since it passed the diagnostic tests. However I am not sure if it is windows 7 either has I installed it twice in the last year. I really don't want to go back to XP to find out if this is the case.

So here are my blue screens of deaths(from bluescreen).

https://sites.google.com/site/myerrorswin7/errors (I hope you enjoy my great site lol)

As you can see most of them are different

    NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM
    KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    BAD_POOL_HEADER
    IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
    SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

When I first installed Windows 7 my Dell desktop was reinvigorated and ran like a fresh young athlete it woke fast and went back to sleep as quickly.

However this is but a distant memory as my once lithe machine is now nothing more than a grumpy unpredictable demon.

My problems are not measured in days or hours my problems can best be grouped in minutes.

    1. The machine will simply re-start sometimes I get a warning more often I do not with absolutely no explanation.

    2. Firefox 3.6 crashes normally within minutes of loading, once it starts crashing there is nothing that will prevent it.

    3. Chrome crashes normally within minutes of loading, once it starts crashing there is nothing that will prevent it.

    4. Internet Explorer crashes normally within minutes of loading; once it starts crashing there is nothing that will prevent it.

    5. Windows desktop manager is either corrupt or just plain angry as it crashes without warning or seeming reason.

Anyone with any suggestions as to where to start looking for the problem, or better still a solution will be listened to with my full attention! The sooner the better please as one more week of this and I am going back to XP Pro!

    Hi

I don't use Norton anti-virus program or StorageCraft Volume Snap-Shot. I have Avast Home edtion and Norton Ghost.

    Should I reinstall ghost?

Where do I get this from? Microsoft Virtual Machine Network Services Driver. I also did last night a "install upgrade/repair" so I am not sure if this installed these new drivers or not or any file that may have been corrupt.
