wierd, I still see atikmpag.sys (ATI drivers) causing the BSOD.
Can you try to un-install the Catalyst Control Center and only install the Display Driver.
    See if BSOD still occur
Go to Control Panel-->Program and features to un-install it
    Code:
    BugCheck 116, {85956510, 910db18e, 0, 2}
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for atikmpag.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for atikmpag.sys
    Probably caused by : atikmpag.sys ( atikmpag+518e )

Also, are u using any anti-virus programs, tell me, if it is not MSE, please un-install what you are using and replace it by MSE

Alright I'll give it a shot, and thanks for all your help so far.

Also my MSN is broken. LIke.. It doesn't display in my "Uninstall programs" list. And I uninstalled all the "windows live " crap. Then when I run WIndows Live Setup, it'll show Messenger as already installed =\

These still point to both the directx component of your video drive and the video driver itself. I cant but wonder if you removed every trace of the current driver, the control panel, and any other component?

These are the usual causes of the problem
Video driver, overheating, bad video card, ?BIOS, ?Power to card

I never had any Anti Virus protection =P I totally forgot about getting some of that =S

And I'm almost certain I removed all of the Video driver/software.

I'mma try see if i use the standard video drivers that auto install if i can youtube.

EDIT: Default Video Drivers (Auto installed by my Computer) seem to be fine with Youtube.

Erm, Well I just tried uninstalling, and it did right, so I'm running my default video drivers or whatever.

But then I went into my program files, all the ATI crap is still there, So i went to delete it, and there's two files that won't go away,

atiacmxx.dll and atiamenu.dll because they're still being used or open by another program or some shiz. I really have no idea . =S

Did u go to control panel to un-install ATI catalyst stuff?
If u already did, restart computer to see how things go

That's the thing, I went to Control Panel > Uninstall Programs

Then I tried to "Change/Repair" it to uninstall 'cuz there wasn't just an "uninstall" option but it came up with errors, 'cuz the files are in weird destinations or some shiz. I'm working on it now. =S Just give me a minute, Hopefully I can get this uninstalled.
