BSoD when using more than 3GB RAM during install

Please run a memory test while all the RAM you are trying to use is installed. Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Thanks for the info on Memtest86. So far, I have run two passes with no errors. Plan to let it run longer later today when I am able to leave the machine for awhile.

Question:If Memtest86 is not finding errors, then could I assume my BIOS settings for this memory are correct?

Ran memtest86 for 3 more passes today, no errors.

Does this mean my BIOS settings must be correct for this memory if it passes (5 times now) without errors?

So if MemTest86 runs successfully, then why do I get the BSoD when I boot with 4GB of RAM, but boot successfully with 2 or 3GB? I am attaching some recent minidumps. When I ran the analyze tool, it was pointing to the graphics driver. But yet I have tried three different graphics cards with updated drivers. With my current MSI RX1550 I get the BSoD. With the other two cards (PNY GeForce 8400 GS and a Galaxy something) it just hangs up during boot.

I've been trying to get help from ASUS, but I keep getting the same boring replies -- make sure the memory modules are properly seated, test one stick at a time, etc. etc. I have done all that long ago.

If anyone can help, I would much appreciate it.

This one points to your graphics card or its drivers. Please update your GFX drivers, or uninstall and install a fresh copy.

Yes, I know it points to the graphics driver, but I have tried this with three different graphics cards/drivers. They all work fine with 2 or 3GB of RAM, but as soon as I put in 4GB, the MSI RX1550 gives me the BSoD. The PNY and Galaxy cards just hang up when starting Windows. No BSoD and just hung indefinitely. While the MSI is an older card with no official Win 7 support, both the PNY and Galaxy cards were brand new with new Win 7 drivers.

So it seems something about adding more memory causes a problem with the graphics driver.

I swapped out the RX1550 for the NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS once again. I ensured I loaded the latest drivers from the NVIDIA site. Now I still get BSoD, but now getting a different one:

VIDEO TDR ERROR (bugcheck code 0x116

I ran MemTest86 and that worked fine.
I ran SFC.EXE /scannow and that worked fine.
I ran WD disk diagnostics and that worked fine.
I upgraded my 350 PSU to 400 (the 350 was noisy anyway), and no change (still BSoD).
I unplugged all other devices (DVD, CD, extra HD), still BSoD.
I have updated BIOS and all other mobo drivers I could.
I have updated my version of Windows with all "important" updates.
My graphics card drivers are all up to date Win 7 64bit.
I have the case open and put a fan directly on the graphics card/mobo, still no change.
I have run Furmark, but not sure what I am looking for. I ran the benchtest and got a score of 200. I ran the stability test for 15 minutes with no error messages. But again, I am at a loss as to what I would be looking for with FurMark.
I've probably done a few dozen other things that skip my mind right now.

Always works fine with 2-3GB, but the minute I put in 4GB or more, BSoD.

I would much appreciate any help you can provide. I guess I am ready to send the new memory back to Crucial and just give up.
