Windows 7: BSOD - DELL studio XPS 1645 - ATI Driver Fault when watching videos

Hi everyone,

It's quite a while I'm getting Blue screens caused by the ATI driver Failures. Usualy this happens when I'm playing on-line videos from Firefox in FullScreen mode.

My system is a DELL studio XPS 1645 laptop,
with:

CPU: i7 Q820-M
GPU: ATI Mobility RADEON HD 4670 (M96 XT)
RAM: Samsung PC3-10600 DDR3 SDRAM SO-DIMM
hard-drive: WDC WD3200BJKT-75F4T0

I updated to latest ATI drivers, firefox version and plug-ins, but I keep getting BSOD.

I tried doing GPU burn stability/tests and Memtest86+, but everything seems ok.
