    Windows 7 crashing frequently

    Hi

I purchased a Dell Laptop in 2008 with Windows Vista and recently upgraded to Windows 7 Home premium. However, after the upgrade (it was a custom upgrade), Windows 7 keeps crashing very often. However, on switching it back on, I dont get any Blue Screen or any error Messages.

Attached is the only file that I can see in the Minidump folder.

Please have a look asap coz I am losing a lot of my work when the computer keeps crashing

    Thanks

    Welcome to SF

The bugcheck indicate this is memory corruption, I would download third party call memtest86, burn it to CD and let it run for at least 7 passes

    Hi

I succesfully downloaded and installed the ricoh driver. When I tried to download the conexant driver from the dell website, it gave an error. On investigating with the dell people - there are no errors in my device manager screen. Further I am not sure where I am supposed to download the broadcom driver from.

Further, the number of crashes has increased. One of them reported a bsod which I have attached
