BSOD help please

So recently when I tried to shutdown or put my laptop to sleep, it receives the BSOD. I have no reason why. Here are my specs:

Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Intel Core 2 Duo T5450 1.66GHZ
2GB RAM
Intel PM965 Chipset
GeForce 8400M GS

I've also included the DMP file below.

The bugcheck indicate system file, so I would do system file check to make sure everything is ok
Start-->type cmd in search and run as administrtor-->in cmd command window type in sfc /scannow (space between sfc and /)
Beside that, the bugcheck indicate exception c000005, I would download third party called memtest86, burn it to cd and let it run for at least 7 passes
Check your RAM

Also, please update these old drivers:
Touch Pad Driver (synaptic), and nvidia video driver, tap0901.sys(open vpn driver) and your audio driver
