new computer- never works PLEASE HELP!

i have just recently purchased a computer from ibuypower. specs in my profile. i had the thing for two days then i got the bsod. i tried diagnosing the problem myself even changed the video card from the ati i bought with it. Ibuypower's tech support was no help so i had to send the computer back. 4 weeks later i get the thing back, use it for ten minutes, and i have the same bsod. i call back ibuypower, they replaced the memory and updated the bios on the motherboard. its been 3 months dealing with this and ibuypower doesnt even want to refund my money. i can't get it to stop freezing PLEASE HELP!!!!

i have tried uninstalling and reinstalling every driver i could think of. the bios on my motherboard has been updated. all 4 memory sticks have been replaced, and a diffrent video card.
every diagnostic program i have run cannot find anything wrong with it. and it doesnt freeze consistently. mainly when having multiple windows open running heavy grafix.

Do you get a BSOD or just a freeze? What shows up in Event Viewer?

You said it was new. Can you get in touch with some authority like the Customer service Supervisor or Manager?
Get them to take it back or get your money back. IMO

I suggest a clean install, to be honest. You may have a corrupted install, and in addition, I see a relatively high-risk program installed.

If a clean install is not feasible, do a repair install, and be sure to remove Norton completely and replace with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

If you do a clean install, do not install Norton. Use MSE instead.

i did talk with customer service. they will not give me a full refund, only partial. they were not helpfull at all. i was gonna make my wife call and raise hell but i was hoping i could fix it.

    king-
i did try to uninstall every thing. i mean EVERYTHING. at first i put all my programs on the machine but after crashing so much our first assumption was it was software. so i have updated drivers and bios, reformated the hardrive and reinstalled windows, several times. once it crashed during the install. so i formated and reinstalled again. i could make it crash with only windows and internet explorer. same error message.

so we figured it wasnt an install problem, so we replaced the video card and reformated and reinstalled, same problem. we replaced the ram, reformated and reinstalled, same problem. new fan on the case, same problem. i used each of my monitors seperately and together, crashes again. diffrent keyboard, mouse, speakers, everything has been uninstalled and reinstalled.
