My computer (Pavilion dv4 Windows 7 64-bit) randomly shut off today when I went into the next room. I came back to see a black screen with some white letters and numbers, but didn't get a chance to read it. The computer restarted and a window popped up saying, "Windows has recovered from an unexpected shut down." I have no clue what could have happened. I wasn't running many things besides MSN and FireFox. I'm very confused about this issue. If someone could help I'd deeply appreciate it.
(.dmp file is in the post below)

(I don't know if this will matter, but when I checked my Action center above the unexpected shut down it had another issue that happened one minute before the one above. I don't know if it had anything to do with the issue above, but here's the description:
    Description
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c000001d, 0xfffff80002c91062, 0xfffff88002bd1c10, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 061810-31325-01.

Edit: Could it have been caused by an online game I was using to chat with my friends in my browser?

My computer hasn't had anymore problems since that event yesterday, but I'm still very confused. I think it was just a reaction to the browser game.

It's running completely fine and can do everything else perfectly. Runs Photoshop with no problem.

Well, my computer just shut down while watching a Youtube video for no reason. There was NO Blue Screen of Death nor is there any new mini dump files. I'm thinking there's a connection between Adobe Flash and these random crashes, though the first crash that did leave the Mini dump above happened during a Java based game.

    I'm really confused.

    STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Usual causes: System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

Based upon your dump report the error was most likely caused by a graphics driver. Go to device manager and replace the driver for the most current available

Your memory should also be tested. Memtest86 should be run at least 7 times to ascertain any possible problems

Based upon this report, I must ask if you did a clean install, upgrade or Windows came preinstalled with your computer?

An antivirus scan should always be made to ascertain that a virus hidden in some system was not the acutual cause

Below is a list of drivers that are old and should be updated, in addition to the graphics driver previously mentioned.

The report also mentions that a potential cause of the problem is ntkirnip.exe. This and other indications leads me to believe that it may be a driver issue.

Here is the information for the memory test
    http://memtest.org/

After drivers have benn installed, and memory tested, try your system. If the problem continues, post. I will give you the test to see if any other drivers have a problem.

Just use your computer and enjoy. If it happens again refer to my analysis. After you have completd all the steps and the computer sill has a BSOD, post the new BSOD. One BSOD report often is not precise enough to give an accurate analysis; comparison of several is often more definitive.

"Based upon this report, I must ask if you did a clean install, upgrade or Windows came preinstalled with your computer?"

I did a clean install of this computer a couple of days ago, yes. I completely re-installed everything to factory default.

I just updated some drivers and will continue to look into what you've given me. I thank you very much and hope that this fixes these issues.

I've done some anti-virus scans and everything's clean.

Okay, so I just got the blue screen again while running Photoshop and iTunes. I've updated my drivers, but haven't been able to do the memory test yet. Here's the new dump file:

In addition to not doing the memory test, you still have a lot of outdated drivers. Please update drivers and do memory test. If you get another BSOD after those changes post and you will be helped.

Your current dump file does not give much more information that already supplied.

    Bug code 3D
    Potetnial cause
ntkrnlmp.exe, which may be driver related.
With all the old drivers, you may want to use the driver verifier.
Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

The old drivers should be replaced, for optimum performance. Even if they are not the cause of the BSOD

    Thanks again!
Are these drivers update-able through Driver manager? I don't really know much about drivers and things of that nature so I'm a little confused on how I'd be able to update them. Sorry. I really appreciate you cooperating with me and helping me with all these issues. I'll try the memory test again as soon as I can. (Kept burning to the disc wrong, but I can handle that problem.)
