    the temperature in my room is 70 c that dont help but i have loads of clean air around the case

    hi all im just going to clean the machine i can see lots of build up of dust around the fan entry and can see lots of dust inside case here is the last mem dump that happened this morning.

    hi
    well i took the case off and hovered gently out the dust i havent got any air yet my girlfriend got me gas refill but i have just orderd some in bulk will come tomorrow the main fan was full of dust and the heat sink was dirty i cleaned up everything as best i could checked all plugs ive just booted up and the temp of cores are much lower than last night last ight i went to intel web page and got loads of advice and they had a couple of tools i down loaded just shows how outdated my cpu is how they advance so quickly!!!
