Hi Patrick
Yes, if you haven't yet update your BIOS, please go to manufacture's site and download last update for your BIOS, they usually say what are new in that update that can fix some issues...
Secondly, RTcore32.sys is the driver of RivaTuner/EVGA Precision, you can update them at this website I guess:

sp3ro, next time you upload dumps, please zip them up and attach them to your first post. Using a site like MegaUpload makes it very suspicious, and an pain to open them.

hey i found something awesome i think "Error message when you hot-plug a display to the secondary display port on a computer that is running Windows Vista or Windows Server 2008: ""Stop 0x00000116"
" this i found it here http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/93234-pc-crash-game.html , and it`s true my video card is in the PCI slot (where was the oldest video card) and the PCI-Express is empty.I don`t know how to plug out the video card from PCI slot , to put him on PCI-E.Tell me if that can cause the problem.

Try removing a side panel and aiming a big mains fan straight at the motherboard and GPU. Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to ascertain whether cooler temperatures make a difference. If so, it might be as simple as dust buildup and subsequently inadequate cooling

i do not understand really what they say to do... maybe u can explain to me , please

Wait wait wait WHAT!?!?!?!?

This is your problem! Or at least part of it!!!!!
Your card is a PCI-e card, and NEEDS to be in that slot. I am surprised it works AT ALL! I am surprised the card is not damaged!

You need to do this:
1. Open your case
2. Locate the video card, and unscrew the plate from the case
3. Remove the card from the PCI slot, and reseat it in the PCI-E x16 slot.
4. Screw the card back into the case
5. Close your case.

I would bet this fixes it.
