freezing and reboots

I have 1 user who's screen just freezes and very rarely does a dump file. I managed to just get one and am attaching it. Can someone please look and help me figure out what is going on there. The computer isnt giving me any errors or any help at all. I ran a memtest and that came out fine. I also have all the updates and video card updates.

Using the date of July 13, 2009. There appears to be only 2 drivers that are outdated and need to be replaced.

Follow the advice given in the link above. Perform a complete virus scan.
Using memtest86 perform a memory test.
The report mentions that the cause is probably hardware related.

After you have followed the above procedure, post any new dump files for assistance.
