Help!!!appcrash

i cant install anything new on my pc. is it just my sys or is it win 7. anyway i need help. i have tried to install stuff. all come back with the same error. icant install GOM player, VLC player, and media player always crashes. this is driving me NUTS. HELLLPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!

scanned it. this is what it says

cant find minidump file

how do i identify a BSOD??
i dont think i ever got one...

if this is of any use
i just installed windows 7.

all of these appcrash:
tried to install drivers but install but files do not run
cant run games
cant play media player files

i could only install VIPRE antivirus, opera & skype

didnt work
