So, now I'm guessing I have those Silicone Image driver files for no reason, and evidently there is a driver conflict, but I'm confused why this is acting up now I haven't made any hardware changes recently, and as far as I know, I have never used the Silicon Image drivers.Please enable them again and update the drivers. As far as I know, you are using Window 7 64 bit, download the correct package. One thing you can do is to go to C partition-->Windows-->System32-->Driver, look for these driver, change their name to .bak, then unrar all the files in the driver package to Drivers folder:
