Are you selecting 'Save and Exit' after changing the settings in your BIOS?

After changing the BIOS settings, the next time you start your computer go and check the BIOS settings, they should be set as you changed them the last time.

At this point I recommend to check for an updated chipset driver.
Before installing any drivers, make a restore point, this is normally done automatically just be sure it is turned on and working.
It's also a good idea to make an image backup, just in case restore point fails. Try Macruim Reflect free version.

These are the chipset drivers mentioned previously,INF driver ver:9.1.1.1020.
If your still having BSoD, install the chipset drivers, if you haven't already.

After updating the chipset driver, if you are still having BSoDs.

Are the RAM timings, below, set to auto or are the numbers entered in BIOS RAM settings?

If they are set to Auto, manually enter them as per JEDEC #4, 9-9-9-25, and leave the rest on auto.

Next step:
Do you notice any improvement when increasing the DRAM voltage?
Is it longer between BSoDs?

If the BSoD is improving but still returning with 1.5v and 1.55v, set it to 1.6v.

Don't go above this voltage without reporting the results first.

Can you confirm if this is the RAM you have, Ripjaws F3-12800CL9D-4GBRL (2Gx2)?

I've just been reading at the G.Skill Tech Forum, there are quite a few Cold Boot issues just like yours, BSoD when booted then runs OK, with occasional random BSoDs.

Looks like the fix is RMA the RAM.
The GSKILL TECH repeatedly says to set the timings manually, if that doesn't work then return the RAM for new ones.

You can try the steps mentioned, but if no success, then you should return them.
