I have to suspect a bad video card. Do you have another one you can test?

I see your motherboard comes with onboard graphics, and you report you have a ATI Radeon 5770 Hawk. Could you remove that card, and use the onboard graphics instead?

    SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e)
This is a very common bugcheck. Usually the exception address pinpoints
the driver/function that caused the problem. Always note this address
as well as the link date of the driver/image that contains this address.
Some common problems are exception code 0x80000003. This means a hard
coded breakpoint or assertion was hit, but this system was booted
/NODEBUG. This is not supposed to happen as developers should never have
hardcoded breakpoints in retail code, but ...
If this happens, make sure a debugger gets connected, and the
system is booted /DEBUG. This will let us see why this breakpoint is
    happening.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffffffc0000005, The exception code that was not handled
Arg2: fffff8800412d731, The address that the exception occurred at
    Arg3: fffff88001fd1b38, Exception Record Address
    Arg4: fffff88001fd13a0, Context Record Address

All you need is a phillips screwdriver, and a good deal of care. Just be gentle.

    STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER

    Usual causes: Device driver

This is another hardware/device driver error. I am not sure why you tried a repair install.

What you need to do is run memtest86+ and then turn on driver verifier. We need to eliminate your RAM as the source of the problem. These kinds of errors are a process of trial and error and elimination. The objectives is to eliminate or fix anything that contributes to the instability of your system.

    1. Please run memtest as Jonathan recommended:

Download a copy of Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool and burn the ISO to a CD using http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/W7. Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 passes.
    Post back with the results.

    2. Turn on Driver Verifier as Jonathan also suggested: Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

Please do these two things and post back with the results of each

I'm pretty sure that this is related to memory issue. In addition to the infomation Cark provided you above about Bad_Pool_header, among the 2 dmp you just uploaded, there is one dmp with exception code ffffffc0000005, which usually suggest memory corruption.
Please run Memtestx86 as suggested, on individual stick to find a good one, then test it on different slot to find bad slots.

    Code:
    BugCheck 19, {3, fffff8a0015e04e0, fffffa8003ae29a0, fffff8a0015e04e0}

    Probably caused by : Pool_Corruption ( nt!ExFreePool+75b )

    Followup: Pool_corruption
    ---------
    BugCheck 1000007E, {ffffffffc0000005, fffff80002daf57e, fffff880031cba48, fffff880031cb2b0}

    Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!CmpDelayDerefKCBWorker+d6 )

    Followup: MachineOwner
    ---------
    How do you think Carl?

I agree. And Jonathan has a very valid observation and a bad graphics card can show the same symptoms. I suggest that shikabalas uninstall his additional graphics card as Jonathan recommended. Hopefully between Memtest and removing that card, he can eliminate the problem or at least narrow down the cause.

After 8.5 hours and 8 passes Memtest showed no errors at all.I will check the graphics card next.
