    I just found this new old driver:
    Code:
    AmdLLD   AmdLLD.sys   Sat Jun 30 02:47:32 2007 (468561D4)
    Did you just install Dual-Core optimizer??? I didn't see this in previous dump files, remove it. It looks like it gets accessed by Cool 'n' Quiet as well
    Also, I still see you have a lot of drivers I suggested u to update, please do so:
    Code:
    nvm62x32 nvm62x32.sys Sat Oct 18 04:00:39 2008 (48F8FCF7)
    UsbFltr  UsbFltr.sys  Wed Apr 11 15:23:47 2007 (461C9B13)
    DB3G     DB3G.sys     Mon Apr 25 12:43:56 2005 (426C839C)
    Code:
    BugCheck 7F, {d, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : amdk8.sys ( amdk8!C1Halt+4 )

    Did you disable cool 'n' Quite as Jonathan King and Ken suggest???????

    Best regard,

    UsbFltr.sys is belonged to Ortek USB Keypad Driver by Waytech Development, you can download the update at:
    ORtek Download
    For the DB3G.sys, it is Diamondback USB Optical Mouse Drive, are you sure you don't use that:
    Razer Diamondback Driver v6.02

    nvm62x32.sys belongs to nVidia Ethernet Networking Driver (nForce chipset driver), make you did the update correctly

    amdk8.sys is still blamed. Have you updated CPU driver as I suggested? If you use any AMD hardware such as video...please re-install all of them.
    DB3G.sys was date from 2005, (WIndow 7 doesn't like out of date drivers)

    Since the bugcheck code is 7F. It is possible that memory corruption is related. I would download third party called memtestx86, burn it to CD and let is run for at least 6,7 passes.

    Code:
    BugCheck 7F, {d, 0, 0, 0}

    Probably caused by : amdk8.sys ( amdk8!C1Halt+4 )

    If you want to uninstall it, try this, I google and found it:
    If you had already installed AMD's Cool & Quiet driver, uninstall it and reboot your computer. That driver misleadingly calls itself, "Windows Driver Package – Advanced Micro Devices (AmdK8) Processor ..." and is therefore near the end of the Add/Remove Programs list, rather than anywhere near "AMD" or "Cool & Quiet".
    AMD Cool & Quiet
