STARTUP REPAIR

I am running Windows 7 but everytime I switch on my PC it cannot start Windows and goes to repair startup. Today it restarted but sometimes it does not restore and I have to restore the system to a previous date. This takes ages and is beginning to get me down. I have run Malwarebytes Anti-Maleware software but this did not fix anything. Any ideas anyone.

Check with a hard drive diagnostic tools.
