Windows 7: BSOD Unusual Problem

04 Jul 2010   #21

Windows 7 X64

So I am going to go out on a limb here and say computer fixed. I have ran itunes visualization at least 10 times and COD modern warfare 2 at least 8 so far open and closing and no BSOD. Reason I believe this is happening is because Microsoft Security Essentials failed me cause I ran 2 separate virus scans AVG and Nod32 and each found a virus. So now I have my original setup of AVG and microsoft essentials and spybot. Those have kept my computer safe except this time when I didn't install avg lol. So for now I would like to say its fixed. If not I will post again with issues. Thanks for your help I learned a lot about BSOD's and I am still getting driver updates so I will install those. Thanks again all. Hopefully no future posts of problems.

I agree with, Tuan; run FurMark.

Your dump also shows LVUSBS64.sys as an unloaded module. This is one of your obsolete drivers. How are you you trying to find the drivers? Which drivers can't you find?

With the exception of the first driver on this list, it is important to update these drivers, especially the ones in red font. The one's in red font are way out of date and can well be the causes of your BSOD's. Download these drivers to your computer and install them.

If you cannot find updated drivers for your Logitech camera; uninstall it and all related software. It may be time for a new camera.

That is good news. I am glad you are running smoothly. BSOD analysis is a trial and error thing many times. I still urge you to update those driver. They could well come back and bite you. Post back in a couple of days and let us know how your system is doing.
