Bluescreen crash

Hello,

My computer crashes the last two days showing a bluescreen for a few seconds, then restart and showing the following message:
Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: BlueScreen
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Locale ID: 2057

Additional information about the problem:
BCCode: 7f
BCP1: 0000000000000008
BCP2: 0000000080050031
BCP3: 00000000000406F8
BCP4: FFFFF80002E8DAF0
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\070110-25381-01.dmp
C:\Users\Nikos\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-52665-0.sysdata.xml

I attached also the minidump files (the two crashes I had).

I use Zone Alarm Extreme Security, however I have installed months ago. I have it shot down from the moment.

My operating system is Windows 7 64 bit. I try to restore the system to an earlier point but it failed.

I will be grateful for any help! Thanks in advance.

Your BC code 7F is caused by

STOP 0x0000007F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (Usual causes: Memory corruption, Hardware (memory in particular), Installing a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or a failure after installing it, 3rd party firewall, Device drivers, SCSI/network/BIOS updates needed, Improperly seated cards, Incompatible storage devices, Overclocking, Virus scanner, Backup tool, Bad motherboard, Missing Service Pack

Further on in your mini dmp report it shows that the most likely cause is Netio Systems, (Zone Alarm). Although you have said that it was shut down, it clearly appears in the report. Netio.sys (part of Zone Alarm) must be uninstalled.

If uninstalling Zone Alarm does not stop the BSOD, post and we will arrange for a memory test, driver test. If you are overclocking please restore normal settings. Make sure that you have all current updates.

If you are using any virtulization tools like Daemon or Alchohol 120% they should be uninstalled, if after removing Zone Alarm your problem continues. The specific driver that must be removed (from Daemon) is SPTD and this tool should be used.

UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP (7f)
This means a trap occurred in kernel mode, and it's a trap of a kind
that the kernel isn't allowed to have/catch (bound trap) or that
is always instant death (double fault). The first number in the
bugcheck params is the number of the trap (8 = double fault, etc)
Consult an Intel x86 family manual to learn more about what these
traps are. Here is a *portion* of those codes:
If kv shows a taskGate
use .tss on the part before the colon, then kv.
Else if kv shows a trapframe
        use .trap on that value
Else
.trap on the appropriate frame will show where the trap was taken
(on x86, this will be the ebp that goes with the procedure KiTrap)
Endif
kb will then show the corrected stack.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000008, EXCEPTION_DOUBLE_FAULT

We still need a firewall not included with MSE, you may want to try comodo. Or the windows fire wall.

http://www.comodo.com/home/internet-...y/firewall.php

I would try the firewall included with Windows, first, and see if you like it
