    Random Freeze/Crash


    Hello I'm currently having trouble with this random Freeze/Crash. I just find it happening when it feels like it. Usually when these freezes occur what comes to mind is scanning my computer for Spyware and updating windows. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I still can't able to find what makes it does this.
    The freezes doesn't just happen sometimes when I'm playing games it occurs even when I'm just browsing the internet, chatting, even it froze at the log in screen when windows start up.

    Currently I'm using Windows Professional x64 bit. This problem also occurred on my last windows 7, which was Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit. Both on the same computer. I'll post up my specs in a bit. Thanks :]

I still can't able to find what makes it does this.
    The freezes doesn't just happen sometimes when I'm playing games it occurs even when I'm just browsing the internet, chatting, even it froze at the log in screen when windows start up.

    Currently I'm using Windows Professional x64 bit. This problem also occurred on my last windows 7, which was Windows 7 Ultimate x64 bit. Both on the same computer. I'll post up my specs in a bit. Thanks :]

    While having your system specs is a good idea we need info on the problem. Can you go into event viewer (type evetnvwr in search) go to the windows logs>application tab.

    You need to look for critical errors (they have red in the left hand column) that refer to app hang, app crash, or anything relating to the problem

    When you find them please note the event ID and source code, and relay them to us.

    Hello Zigzag, thanks for helping. :]

    Well there were no critical errors, but there were only normal errors. There were many of the error of the source Bonjour and the event ID was 100. Though the time of the error didn't happen yesterday. The error happened today at 1 AM but I never had a freeze. If there's any more information you need please tell me. Note: I been seeing a lot of errors for Bonjour as well.
