    Welcome to SF!

I wonder if anti-virus is the cause. I see you have Bit Defender. Try removing it with this tool: http://www.bitdefender.com/uninstall

    Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

Now your stop error 0x24 is traditionally associated with disk errors. I see Teracopy was running at the time of the crash. That backs up that theory somewhat.

Open a command prompt and enter chkdsk /r. You should also test your hard drive with the manufacturer's tools for your drive: HD Diagnostic

Please post any new dmps you get.

If you see NtfsExceptionFilter on the stack then the 2nd and 3rd
parameters are the exception record and context record. Do a .cxr
on the 3rd parameter and then kb to obtain a more informative stack
        trace.

I have asked the mods to move your post and my reply to a new thread. No sense in getting 2 threads mixed up.

hi and thanks a lot for help so fast,
I have done some of your tips but the problem persist
here's the things i have done
1 Seagate dos long test to my HDD = pass
2 remove teracopy = got bsod
    3 memtest = pass
4 full scan of severals Anti-virus on line and off = nothing found
4 full formating and new install of 7 ultimate X64

now i have some BSOD and system crashes
most of them come when i do big network files transfer from my PC to my HTPC
others when i do nothing special (the HTPC is the one who crash)
the HTPC is a new build i do
    mobo = GA H55M_UD2H
    ram= OCZ 2X2GO PC3 1066 Gold series
    procc= intel icore i3 540
    HDD Hitachi 1To
no overclock no exotic stuff connected (just mouse and keyboard)

and here is some new dumps files
    thanks for your help

    (edit)

i have found something funny and new
was reading the errors rapport from my main machine 7 X64 (the one who never crash)
and i found a lots of errors like this

    Log Name: System
    Source: srv
    Event ID: 2017
    Task Category: None
    Level: Error
    Keywords: Classic
    User: N/A
    Computer:
    Description:
The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the server reached the configured limit for nonpaged pool allocations.

and how i was suspecting the network transfers the cause of my BSOD on my HTPC
may this could be related ????
    what do you guys think
    thanks

    hello,
    this one was fixed

    Log Name: System
    Source: srv
    Event ID: 2017
    Task Category: None
    Level: Error
    Keywords: Classic
    User: N/A
    Computer:
    Description:
The server was unable to allocate from the system nonpaged pool because the server reached the configured limit for nonpaged pool allocations.

solution here, if some one needs,,,

Some research led me to find this Google Groups discussion about the problem and this Microsoft Technet article discussing the solution (look at the bottom of the page). Apparently you need to tell Windows that you want to use the machine as a file server and that it should allocate resources accordingly. Set the following registry key to ‘1′:
    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management\LargeSystemCache
and set the following registry key to ‘3′:
    HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServer\Parameters\Size
After making these changes and restarting, I haven’t seen this issue arise again. Fixed!

for the rest of my problems : more than 24h no BSOD and no more minidumps

but now I only have the system restart suddenly each 2 or 3 hrs on IDLE ????
    this drive me crazy

    thank for your help
