NTLDR Missing | Urgent help required

    I have two partitions C and D

    C has Windows XP
    D has Windows 7

I didnt want to use XP, so i ran the setup from XP CD and formatted the partition!

Now on bootup NTLDR is missing . Press Ctrl+ blah blah

I need to replace the NTLDR with Bootsec or in simple words i need to boot up my Win7 ASAP. i have both installation discs..XP and Win7

Have tried system repair from Win7 DVD but no use. Looking forward to replies!

It sounds like your boot and/or mbr are damaged/corrupt/missing.

Here's an article on how to repair such issues...

How to use the Bootrec.exe tool in the Windows Recovery Environment to troubleshoot and repair startup issues in Windows

The two commands "bootrec.exe /fixmbr" and "bootrec.exe /fixboot" can be executed from the command prompt section of your recovery cd. This may fix your problem, but I can't guarantee anything.
