Seems like udfs.sys has caused the problem. Follow this article and apply the Hotfix An update is available for the UDF file system driver (Udfs.sys) for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 and see if that makes any difference. Update your Driver for your CD / DVD Drive.
Turnoff Driver Verifier because it will cause BSOD see if you have problems without it. Using Driver Verifier to identify issues with Drivers

I have disabled driver verifier & will install the hotfix. Can not find drivers for Lite-on SATA DVD R.

Intel i7-930 2.8GHZ

Model (iHAS124-04) not listed, others have only firmware updates, no drivers.
