SiWinAcc.sys was blamed in one of the dmp, please download and install fresh copy of it. In looking through your drivers, I saw it pretty out of date, please update itSTOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes: Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility
STOP 0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint in startup without having a debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, 3rd party remote control, Memory
STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Usual causes: Device driver

Do you have ESet NOD, please remove and replace it by MSE for testing:

How to uninstall or remove ESET Nod32 antivirus totally?
