Urgent help required, windows 7 doesn't startup

    This will work

    First try this

    System Repair Disc - Create

    Use another computer to make the DVD.

    If that is not successful do this. Follow instucions for Ubuntu. It will work.

    After you back up, we can do a factory reset.

    Start at post 21. Back everything up and then we do a reset to factory specs..

    Is there any other solution to this problem? I really prefer not to do a clean install, I do not think I can use ubunutu to back up 50 gb of files.

    I tried pressing f8 and "disabled automatic restart after crash" but it still restarts and doesn't give me a blue screen.

    Have you tried a repair install?? This will show you how to do a repair upgrade install to fix your currently installed Windows 7 and preserve your user accounts, data, programs, and system drivers.
