    BSODx2 today

I was playing Warcraft 3 and I got a BSOD earlier after about 15 minutes into a game. I restarted and a little while after starting another game, I got another BSOD.

I've attached both the minidumps from tonight.

    Anything else, just ask.

    Thank you,

    Dan

    sptd.sys sptd.sys+0 fffff880`00eca000 fffff880`00ff0000 0x00126000 0x4ad24632

sptd.sys is known to cause BSODs in Windows 7. Uninstall cd/dvd emulation software such as Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120%. The run this to completely remove sptd.sys: DuplexSecure - Downloads

    Dan,

Am ready to sign out for the night, not awake enough to give a complete analysis. But a quick look inicates this might be the problem. Give it a try. If it works let us know. If not, let us know and someone will help you.

    Lachesis.sys file description
    Productname: Lachesis USB Optical Mouse
Description: Lachesis USB Optical Mouse Driver
    Company: Razer (Asia-Pacific)

Unistall this driver and install a new one from the website.
    Make a virus scan
    Dowload and run malwarebytes.
    Run an SFC check.
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
In addition follow the above poster.

Again, let us know either way. If it does not stop the BSOD, you will be helped, if not by me, another will offer assistance.

    Good Luck

These were caused by your razer mouse driver. Download a fresh copy and install it.

Thank you all for your extremely quick help. I wish I could give more rep to you all for just that feat alone!

Anyways, I'm in the process of doing all the steps you guys listed and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I find it really weird that my mouse's drivers, that I've used since Christmas, suddenly caused problems like this.

I forgot to mention earlier, but while playing War3, right before my system did both of these BSOD's, my ping would jump extremely high. (Dial-up user, so I average 200-300, but it was 2000-4000.) Its never done this before -- do you think it is related to the Razer-Lachesis Mouse driver caused BSOD's?

Tomorrow evening I'll be sure to let you guys know what I find on the non-technical side of things. Thank you all again!
