I doubt that this one was caused by Mcafee antivirus software, please remove it and replaced by MSE for testing
How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)
MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
Code:
BugCheck D1, {28, 2, 0, fffff880015a0a7d}

Probably caused by : NETIO.SYS ( NETIO!RtlCopyBufferToMdl+1d )

U mean BSODs while running utorrent? I don't see utorrent as process at the time of BSODs, therefore I'm not sure to tell you uninstall or disable it. We need to get your computer working first. You can try to remove Mcafee first, then using utorrent to check if BSODs still occur.
Many time I've seen BSODs caused by P2P downloader, so utorrent is not an exception. But first, please remove Mcafee completely ok?

maybe utorrent was interfering with mcafee firewalls

that's possible, we will know for sure after you uninstalling Mcafee and using Utorrent. If no more BSODs with the same stop code--> something is wrong with the firewall, then we can try to disable it, etc...
Personally, I always want user's computer working first before getting other software to run. You can try MSE that I suggested. I use utorrent too with MSE and no BSODs occur so far. You might want to try MSE during this time.
