Brian, all of those programs do not need to go. That is the list of all of your installed programs. Revo generally does a more thorough job of uninstalling the Windows built in uninstaller does. It is better at removing drivers and registry entries associated with the program you are uninstalling. Just use Revo to uninstall the specific program(s) you wish to uninstall.

Good job on going to the NVidia site. That should help that problem greatly.

Could we consolidate things a bit?

Brian, would you mind posting a list of everything that you have tried because of our recommendations? For example:

    I have tried:

testing hard drive with MFR's software
    testing RAM
    clean installing
    updated mouse drivers
uninstalled ZoneAlarm and installed MSE instead
    That will help immensely.

Please do as Jonathan asked and recap everything you have tried up until this point. That will help us greatly. Did you get your new keyboard and mouse installed?

I can see progress with updating drivers; but the following must be updated starting with those in red font. We won't know if you have a hardware problem until we eliminate these obsolete drivers as a cause.

Good find on the link to the Nvidia forums. You can certainly try that. I have actually seen this work for other folks. But do try to update those NVidia drivers, especially that 2008 driver.

I edited my post above; you may want to refresh your page. Uninstall Acronis and get rid of that PxHlpa64.sysASAP. then you will be down to the mouse driver.

Also don't forget to do a recap for us. And this is a dead link: ile:///C:/Users/bry/Documents/dIAGNOSTICS/system%20report%2012%20july.html

These are more stop error code 101:

    STOP 0x00000101: CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT
Usual causes: Device driver, BIOS bug, hardware defect

Glad you updated the NVidia drivers. I will wait for the rest of the obsolete drivers to be taken care of.

Edited to add: These dumps do not show the NVidia drivers are updated.
