    hello good people!!!!!!!!!
i got the pc back today it was a surprise!! they never notified me, well so far so good it booted up ok. i made some changes to hardware: changed to the new graphics card and the network card and everything ran smooth:) i have done some checks the bios has been updated (haven't checked the intel chip for updates yet)i done a system performance check and it came out ok the only gripes with the repair is they forgot to put the dvd ejector cover back on the front panel but i have been in touch and they will sort it out and send it in the post. all seems to be ok its been on several hours now with no probs so lets hope thats it i have put Microsoft essentials on for security and see how it goes i will post again tomorrow with a update. (they gave me no feedback about the repair i did ask if they could.)

Sure, you can create a full system image of your hard drives. Then you can restore quickly:
