You need to zip the file up first, then add it as an attachment to your next post...

This one looks pretty straightforward. It appears your Bluetooth BlueSoleil Plug and Play Module is causing the problem. Please remove your BT software and leave it uninstalled for the time being.

I see a couple of potential other issues, not blamed but a possibility none the less.

Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads

Please replace Norton 2009, notorious for causing BSODs on Windows 7, with Microsoft Security Essentials. If the crashes stop, you can reinstall it if you feel the need, but if they return, uninstall it first thing.

    I see.. thanks..

But you know I don't have norton 2009...

does it say that on the dump?

also can I ask how you are able to read that?

    Thanks

I just want to know I always had Daemon tools, and it never caused any problems..

But could I uninstall it and then use the " sptd.sys" uninstaller, and then install daemon tools again?

    Thanks
