you'll need to go back into your bios, and undo all your overclock settings.
if you can't get into your bios, you'll need to open up your computer case, and find out how to reset to default - there's sometimes a switch, or a jumper you need to move. or just find the mobo battery (flat watch-type battery), take it out for a few minutes, then stick it back in.
hopefully you haven't fried your cpu... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number mickey megabyte 1234 OS ultimate 64 sp1 CPU i5 2500K 3.3@4.2GHz Motherboard MSI P67A-GD53 Memory 8 gigs GSkill Ripjaws 1600 Graphics Card amd hd6950 Sound Card creative x-fi gamer Monitor(s) Displays samsung 24" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard saitek eclipse ii Mouse logitech g3 PSU antec 550 Case antec three hundred Cooling i'm a cooling fan Hard Drives ocz vertex 2e 60 gig, samsung f3 1tb, buffalo 2tb ext Internet Speed about 4 Mbps Other Info i love win7 |

your motherboard will know, once it's reset. some bioses have a 'reset to default' option.
(what is the plural of bios? )
do you have a motherboard manual? - somewhere in there it will tell you how to reset.
or try the battery trick. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number mickey megabyte 1234 OS ultimate 64 sp1 CPU i5 2500K 3.3@4.2GHz Motherboard MSI P67A-GD53 Memory 8 gigs GSkill Ripjaws 1600 Graphics Card amd hd6950 Sound Card creative x-fi gamer Monitor(s) Displays samsung 24" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard saitek eclipse ii Mouse logitech g3 PSU antec 550 Case antec three hundred Cooling i'm a cooling fan Hard Drives ocz vertex 2e 60 gig, samsung f3 1tb, buffalo 2tb ext Internet Speed about 4 Mbps Other Info i love win7 |

this method should work for all machines:
turn off your pc, but keep it plugged in.
open up your computer case.
look for a flat watch-type battery somewhere on the board.
take it out, and try not to handle it too much, coz you can weaken the charge. you may need tweezers or some long poky thing.
leave it out for a few minutes.
pray to your favourite deity. (is there a god of computers?)
stick battery back in.
cross fingers.
restart the machine.
smile if it all works fine again.
send £50 to mickey megabyte, devon.
if it doesn't boot, try taking out battery for a longer time.
post back here to let us know how it turned out. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number mickey megabyte 1234 OS ultimate 64 sp1 CPU i5 2500K 3.3@4.2GHz Motherboard MSI P67A-GD53 Memory 8 gigs GSkill Ripjaws 1600 Graphics Card amd hd6950 Sound Card creative x-fi gamer Monitor(s) Displays samsung 24" Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard saitek eclipse ii Mouse logitech g3 PSU antec 550 Case antec three hundred Cooling i'm a cooling fan Hard Drives ocz vertex 2e 60 gig, samsung f3 1tb, buffalo 2tb ext Internet Speed about 4 Mbps Other Info i love win7 |
