STOP 0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#top

Usual causes: Device driver

As you can see in the quote, based on the crash dump that you post, this is probably device drivers issue.

I think I was the one answer you last time in this thread
http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/95912-bsod-expert-help-needed.html

Seem like you haven't updated the driver sucessfully. Please update the drivers, window 7 doesn't like out of date drivers.

Realtek (Realtek)
Realtek (NetGear, Realtek chipset)
PCAUSA - Product Support PCAUSA NDIS 5.0 SPR Protocol Driver (AMD64) - PCAUSA Rawether
D-Link - Tech Support Product List D-Link USB wireless adapter Driver

Also, In looking through your drivers, I see that you have AVG anti virus installed. AVG is known to cause BSOD, on some systems. I suggest that you uninstall it while trouble shooting using the uninstall tool > Info > Tool (32bit) - Tool (64 bit). If you have AVG Identity Protection installed, uninstall it also >Info > Tool. I recommend that you install MSE and make sure Windows Firewall is turned on.

Tuan
