Windows 7: Atbroker could not be found!!

Hello.
Pls help me!
I dont have any others os installed on the computer!!
I use Windows 7 32-bit!
Runed well and really great!
But now that error wont let me log in!!

Cant get into safemode!
The method with Ctrl+ALT+Del wont work!!
Any of the ways(log off,start taskmanger I get an error,and locking the comp)
But Im a doing something wrong i dont now really!
Pls help i have about 180Gb of Movies,downloaded games Like GTA or Metro with a downloaded speed about 40kb,my designs in PS OR ILLUSTRATOR(where I put many hours of my life) in the C: where is the Windows 7 installed!!
ANd i dont want to reinstall the OS!!!

Boot from your Windows 7 DVD and follow the same instructions Tews linked to. Make sure you follow the tutorial exactly or you might end up with two Windows installations. (Not to mention a big hairy mess.)
