DLL Errors

When ever I try to launch a program or file, it gives me an error and now I can't close my browser because it would not open back up again.
The Error it gives me:
The procedure entry point NtResetEvent could not be located in the dynamic link library ntdll.dll.
I did not make any changes to the dll files.

Try a system restore to get to a point before the troubles began.

You can also try sfc /scannow in elevated cmd. Maybe the system file checker can fix it.
