crashing and bsod

    crashing and bsod


    Hi there i posted earlier about a kernel 41 errors followed by a bsod. I got told to upload a windows 7 bsod report so here it is, any help will be gladly appreciated.

    addition info about windows 7...
    - x86 32 bit.
    - Windows vista came with the laptop but i bought a upgrade version of windows 7.
    - Vista was OEM and windows 7 was retail and installed personally
    - laptop was bought 7 months ago at the start of January
    - windows 7 has been on it since i got the laptop.

    Have you gone thru and updated all drivers?

    got most but ill have a search for more up to date ones. thanks for the quick response, btw you don't need to call me mrlee (just picked it cause i couldn't think of a name) Steven is fine, mr lee makes me feel like me 50 year old dad. =)

    I wonder if Kaspersky is causing the problem. Please remove it with this tool: http://support.kaspersky.com/downloa...vremover10.zip

    Replace it with MSE: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials

    Your Intel storage drivers are outdated, that could also be the problem. Please install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's site.

    Also update your Adaptec drivers.

    Sure, just go to the computer manufacturer's site, and input your model and browse the Drivers section.

    Drivers is often found in the Support section.
