Conclusions
Uninstall your virtualization programs such as Deamon or alchohol120% and remove the offending driver with the tool below
SPTD removal tool
http://www.duplexsecure.com/en/downloads
Besure that you have the most up to date driver and graphics card.

Replace the aforementioned drivers, due to age.
Run a sfc scan.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
Run an antivirus scan.
http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/65331-using-driver-verifier-identify-issues-drivers.html

Make sure to replace the driver in bold. It is very old and the cause of many BSOD, same for SPTD

The first two things you should try are uninstalling SPTD and replace ASACPI . I think the problem may be solved.

Thanks for the quick answer

Deamon is now uninstalled, i used the SPTD removal tool, the SFC scan conclusion is that nothing is broken.

Now i will restart the computer for the installation of my graphic card driver.

What's the ASACPI? is it asus Advanced Configuration and Power Interface? how can i replace it?

On the device manager there is : AUE0CQUO IDE Controller, a mass storage copopnent which hasn't any driver.

I've uptated the drivers of the motherboard and the graphic card.

The 2005 version of this driver is a known BSOD cause.
Please visit this link: ASUSTeK Computer Inc.-Support- download_item_mkt
Scroll down to the Utilities category, then scroll down to the "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Windows 7 32&64-bit " (it's about the 8th item down).
Download and install it.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers to check and make sure that the ASACPI.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (NOT 2005).

Make sure that you install the driver applicable for Seven and the correct platform 32 or 64.

TY for the kind words and rep.

One of the members of the BSOD squad is keeping stats on SPTD, if the problem is resolved, please post so that our records may be updated. Wait about a week so that we may be sure.
