Windows 7: Laptop BSOD's Regularly

Hi all, Im new here so please forgive me if i don't follow standard procedure. I've been getting BSOD's on my laptop regularly for a couple of weeks now, with no apparent reason, before this happens it usually freezes and then just goes into the BSOD. I will attach the mos recent minidump file zipped. Thanks in advance and please reply quickly!

P.S. Any more info needed and I will post.

Thanks for the quick reply, after reading the debugger report I see a lot of memory corruption and HDD errors. Is this also caused by the sptd.sys driver? And does it also cause the system to freeze?
P.S. How do you add another system to your system specs and is their any way to change your username(It should be StoneHeart, not SoneHeart).

If you really want to add another system, you'll have to enter both systems into the same line. For example:

OS: Micosoft Windows 7 Ultimate x64 // Vista Ultimate x64

CPU Inttel Pentium T2370 // AMD 4850e

Since you still have New Member status, you cannot send PMs. I have contacted an Administrator on your behalf with your name change request, and I'm sure he'll do it as soon as he sees my PM.

SPTD does cause memory corruption errors. Read this article on it: Memory corruption - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

As for the freezing, I can't really say for sure. It is definitely a possibility.

If removing SPTD doesn't fix the problem, enable driver verifier and post back here with the new dumps.

Ah, good old Dell. They're fun, aren't they? I see that your computer was released in 2007. Dell has this thing of not wanting to supply 64 bit drivers for older laptops, even if they have them. Did you get all your drivers from Dell, or did you take your time to look around the web and make sure you had the right one. If you got all your drivers from Dell, one or more might be the 32 bit version, which can cause BSOD.

Also, how did you find the model number of your motherboard? Both of our computers were released around the same time, and I remember reading they had similar designs, but I can't figure out what the model number for my mobo is.

I used CPU-Z to find the model number. I'm pretty sure that Jonathan is right because I didn't have BSOD's before I installed Daemon Tools. Then again I did have to replace my old HDD with a new one (accidentaly wiped old one with magnet from mini TV aerial/antenna) and install windows so it could be that.

You seriously destroyed a hard drive with a magnet? I tried to do that intentionally one day...with a relatively strong refrigerator magnet. Try as I might, I could not get the hard drive to even lose data.

I tested a few times, i know it was a magnet because the second I moved the magnet over the hdd area (while it was in the laptop) the screen went black, then, being curious, I did it again after rebooting (lol) and the same thing happened. Then it would not power on to window, I used some tools on Hirencd to try to fix it but they either didnt work or took to long. I mean there was one tool HDD Regenerator which seemed to work but took an entire day to get to 5%!! In the end I replaced the HDD because it was only a stock 120GB with a 320GB.
P.s. why are you trying to erase a hdd with a refrigerator magnet, if it is a 3.5" dsktop then it probably wont work, if it is a 2.5" then it must either be a miracle or the magnet may not be strong enough, saying that neither was the one I used.
