System_Exemption BSOD

Hello everyone,
I recieved my laptop 1 week and 2 days ago. Ihave been getting BSOD's starting 4 days after i recieved the laptop. At first, the RAM failed (i did a memory diagnostics test and it showed they were defective).

So they sent me brand new RAM, i installed it, and it worked fine for 20 minutes or so then i got a new BSOD. I dont understand why. I am able to work on it for some time, then it will fail. Other times, it takes 2 minutes to crash. I have tried everything, but i cant figure it out.

All of my system specs and up to date. And my OS is OEM.

Thanks to anyone who helps. Rep is a deffinate here, as anyone is deserving who helps someone else.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Ben, I looked at your reports, but unfortunately the most important dump reports are not included. Read the instructions again, and download the reports.

Based upon what I read, did your run the report as administrator and follow all instructions?

I may not be able to work on the report, since I will be leaving in a few days. So anyone that is interested is free to take a shot at this.
