Seems like few of them have the same issue. The reason is because the
Driver Verifier detected an Violation on
DRIVER_BIN64.sys which ATI Tray Driver. You could Turn Off Driver Verifier in case you have enabled it. Start | Run | Verifier | there select
Delete exisitng settings and click
Finish. In few forums DRIVER_BIN64 is reported as it's not signature verified. Or just disable ATI Tray from the Startup. then see if you have the same problem.
