Windows 7: Windows 7 encrypted files problem

Hei guys

i have a problem here... before a month i encrypted about 2000 pictures for my user i dont remember how i did it i just remember it was by right click>properties and then somewhere...After that only i could access the pictures no other user on the computer could access them now the problem is that before 2 days i changed the password of my user account and after that i coppied some pictures in that encrypted folder and when i wanted to open them for editing couldnt access them the photo viewer would show up after a couple of minutes and say that you donot have the permission to access this file i tried to take the ownership of the file again..the name of my user account was already listed there i tried from a different user account but same those pictures are reallly important to meh so plz can someone help me??? i will really appercaite it if someone knows how to and would like to guide me throught it step by step in a hotmail or yahoo chat i would provide my hotmail id plz reply

and i tried from the built in administrator account i even cant access it from there
