turned Verifier on
I suspect the Catalyst Control Center is the issue. Please uninstall that, and post back with the new dump(s) should the problem persist.

dont quite understand this post sorry? removed the Catalyst Control Center and the pc BSOD agin when it was on idle heres the dump
This time the DMP point to cmhdav.sys, which is your C-Media Audio WDM Driver belongs to the software C-Media WDM Audio Interface or C-Media Audio Driver (WDM) by C-Media Inc.
Please download and install fresh copy of it (Make sure to remove all trace of old drivers before installing new one.
Please remove any CD virtualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%. They use a driver, found in your dmp, sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs. Use this SPTD uninstaller when you're done: DuplexSecure - Downloads
If you really neeed an alternative program, you can try Freeware MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM(MagicDisc) Overview, it's known for BSODs free.

i have installed this before but nothing happens, so i just uninstalled it and reinstalled it re botted is there any thing that should happen?
i also cant find the C-Media Audio WDM Driver to unilstall it
When you are troubleshooting a system, you need to eliminate all possibilities for crash scenarios... if you reinstall a program that is known for causing system crashes... don't be surprised if your system crashes ... again ...
When you execute the tool that you download, the only option that you have to do is click "Uninstall"-->Done, no more opening and clicking.
Uninstall Deamon tool in Program and Feature in Control Panel, then use that tool and click Uninstall, simply like that. You are trying to get rid of it, not reinstall it
