Oh shit.. That's what I'm thinking.. My RAM used to be 1Gb before but the other one gived up.. And the other remaining is 512Mb.. When I switch the other RAM, the PC won't boot.. And also, even the working (but faulty) RAM is installed, my PC always reboot...

For the first driver, go to realtek website to download:
    Realtek
For the nvidia video card driver, here you go, make sure to choose right model:
    [nvidia][/nvidia]

For the memtestx86, Beside testing Ram stick individually, make sure to check the slot as well (choose a good stick and test it on different slots). Also, both stick of ram need to be compatible, running incompatibility ram can cause that.

I already updated my drivers using Windows Update last night.. It seems that my only problem is the RAM.. Where I could download the memtestx86? But, I don't have DVD Drive, can it be on a Flash Drive?

WINDOW UPDATE is sometime update for you old driver, so it would be best if you can download driver from manufacture site. Please make sure to update the video driver, driver that more than 3 years old are notorious for causing BSODs.
Here is the instruction for memtestx86:
    Memory Diagnostics

    Good luck,
