I am trying to pin down a 0x124 BSOD on the following system:
AMD Phenom 9550 Quad-Core 2.20 GHz
8gb Corsair DDR2 Ram
Windows 7 x64
3x WD 750gb+ HDD
GeForce 9800 GT 1gb
It has happened only twice, and only in the past 2 months -- the first time I thought it was a fluke, and then it happened again this morning
Both times I have experienced the BSOD, Event Viewer shows it as happening in the very early hours of the morning (this one at 4 AM)
The only process I have running then is usually a Mozy backup, but I have at times run Mozy backup for 24/7 up to a week at a time without trouble - so I do not believe it is related to that
Overall my hardware has been stable - I run my computer through several graphics and CPU intensive processes daily and it has been fine for over a year
Here is the Windows Error Reporting description

I then went and got the Debugging tools, and ran it through the debugger - it didn't provide much help

--------- I plan on:
- Reinstalling my GFX driver, and Audio Driver
- Running a memtest again (I ran it with the first blue screen I had over a month ago, and it returned with 0 errors)
- Flashing my BIOS (although I think it is already the latest version)
- Running disk check
In the mean time I would appreciate it if you could look at my crash dump - maybe you can find something I missed
