What's your typing speed?
Since we have to make a log of every call and whatever we speak with the customer, my job requires a typing speed of 25-30 WPM. I have been working in call centers for 3 yrs now and my speed has gone upto 50 WPM.

Still only use one finger really. I use the other for the shift key. I've only had a computer for about eight years and I never needed to type for my work so I never learned . aai'm judt sttemting this using all my figers but it's taking fore ver.
