Does this happen to others as well? I've had this happen quite often on several different forums (including this forum). Someone asks a question and I post a solution. The OP doesn't acknowledge my post at all. Hours later, another poster comes along and posts a virtually identical solution (sometimes almost verbatim) and the OP...

Why would this happen? My IP address according to MySQL & ipconfig has clearly been 192.xxx.x.2 for some time now
Woke up this morning to find I couldn't access my website...So i checked my IP address again and it's changed to 192.xxx.x.3
Any idea what would cause this?
