Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

I was gifted an unknown beige box, monitor and keyboard which was a friend's son's cast off. Just 9 years ago.
I did not know how to see what was inside at that stage so don't know the spec.
However it baulked at XP x64 and I kept getting mail offering ways to enlarge my organ of regeneration etc.
I'm amazed it didn't put me off because it was so unreliable, riddled with malware, virii etc that it was virtually unusable.
I went straight from there to a custom built Vista x64 pc and I've been hooked ever since

Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

Dell Dimension 4500.

Released in 2002 or 2003 I think. I can't remember.
18 gig hard drive. 128 megabytes of RAM, later upgraded to 1 gig. 32Mb onboard graphics. Onboard sound. 17" monitor. 1.8Ghz P4. Windows XP. I'm still on that machine, and I am typing this with it. It's a very reliable system.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64

I'm confused by your specs. you say, Dell Latitude D600 which is a laptop, but under case you say Dell Dimension 4500 case...which is a desktop. So, are you listing specs from 2 different machines?

Windows 8 Pro 64-bit

Yup. The laptop was my primary system until the hard drive crashed on it, and I haven't bothered to update the information since it happened.

But before that it was a Webtv Sony INT-W250 Still using it, chatting w/ LittleMiss

My first was a cast off from my son when he bought a new on. It was an old DAN. I seem to remember that it had 32MB of memory.
